Our Philosophy
At Active Health our aim is to provide a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare, incorporating the physical, nutritional and emotional aspects of health and performance.
Consultants at Active Health QEII encourage clients to take responsibility for their own health especially in the areas of exercise, nutrition and stress management and provide a unique support environment utilising the resources and sports facilities at QEII Sports Stadium.
Facilities
We are based at the QEII Sports Stadium in Christchurch and have full access to all of QEII’s facilities to assist in client rehabilitation and return to normal activities. These include:
- Indoor pool facilities with a 50m Olympic Size Pool, a diving pool, 25m training pool, a large wave pool along with poolside spa’s & saunas.
- An international standard 400m running track and athletics field.
- A cardiovascular and weights gym.
- Indoor stadium.
- Soccer and rugby fields, and a first class cricket pitch.
