Stress and strain imposed on the body by an improper bike fit is the leading cause of cycling injuries. Sometimes the best bike setup can still lead to problems if your body is tight or weak or unstable and we can assess any need for stretches or exercises to keep you on your bike and training for your next event.
Pain is not the only reason for looking at bike setup and we offer the same multi-disciplinary assessment for performance optimisation for your cycling discipline.
